Refund & Return Policy

At Siggy & Co Studio, every candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and intention.
Because we’re a small business, each order truly matters to us — and we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved making it.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@siggyandcostudio.com with photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as scent preference or minor imperfections.
Our soy wax candles are made with natural ingredients, and slight variations in color or texture are completely normal.

Order Errors

If you received the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package.
We’ll correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
