At Siggy & Co Studio, each candle is hand-poured, packed, and shipped with care.
As a small business, we take pride in ensuring your order arrives safely and beautifully — ready to fill your space with calm and intention.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted (for example, during new collection launches or holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
Please note: During busy seasons, processing times may extend slightly due to high order volume — thank you for your patience and support.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
We currently ship within the United States.
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier.
Local Pickup (if applicable)
If you’re local to the Monterey County, CA area, we occasionally offer local pickup or market events.
Details for pickup or upcoming pop-ups will be shared via email or social media.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed to the carrier, it’s unfortunately out of our control.
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
We’re happy to assist where possible, but we cannot be held responsible for postal delays or missing packages due to incorrect addresses.
